Leadership

The Blue Water Spa Leadership team works hard to ensure that our core values, including diversity, equity and inclusion are at the forefront of each patient experience in every department. Our incredible leadership team has not only helped others to look and feel their best, but they have also accomplished outstanding philanthropic goals including supporting over 200 charities annually, building a nursery and library for children in need, and assisting women in need in our community.

EXPERT NURSE INJECTORS

All of our nurse injectors are incredible! Our nurse injectors go through extensive training in the operating room with Dr. Law, and they also complete cadaver training. Our nurse injectors are very conservative with the goal of providing a result that looks great, but doesn’t make someone look like they have had filler or Botox. We are amongst the top providers of Botox and filler in the country.

LASER TECHS

Our superb team of laser technicians are exceptionally well-trained, professional and compassionate. Our laser team continues to learn and train others about the safest, most effective, and most comfortable laser treatments available. Our laser team has performed over one million laser procedures on men and women of all skin types.

SKIN & BODY SPECIALISTS

Our outstanding team of aestheticians are passionate about skin and body care. Our nurse practitioners, nurse injectors, and surgical staff have extensive experience in the field of medical aesthetics and mentor our aestheticians and body treatment specialists. All Blue Water Spa skin care professionals and body treatment specialists have a minimum of five years of experience with an average of ten years experience in skin care or body treatments.

They ensure everything about our facility is perfect – from the fresh flowers to our hydration station to the pristinely pressed linens. Their daily tasks ensure the comfort and safety of each and every patient.

BOARD CERTIFIED MD ANESTHESIOLOGISTS

At Blue Water Plastic Surgery, patient safety and comfort are at the heart of everything we do – especially when it comes to anesthesia. We believe that if it were our own loved one undergoing surgery, only the highest level of expertise would be acceptable. That’s why we exclusively partner with boardcertified MD anesthesiologists. Our anesthesia providers come from Serenity Anesthesia Specialists. Unlike many facilities where one anesthesiologist may oversee multiple patients, we provide dedicated, one-on-one anesthesia care focused entirely on you.

Specializing in outpatient and plastic surgery anesthesia, our team is highly trained and committed to the
latest techniques in safety, pain management, and patient care. This commitment to excellence is part of
our promise to deliver the highest standard of care in a safe, accredited environment.

OUR SURGICAL CARE TEAM

Surgical Care Team

Our Plastic Surgery Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants perform a very important role. These highly trained medical professionals are available around the clock to provide care, even when your surgeon is in the OR with another patient. If a patient ever has a concern or question after surgery, they can speak to a physician extender immediately and can be seen right away if needed.

Certified First Assist

Our Certified First Assists bring precision, confidence, and advanced surgical expertise to the operating room. They play a vital role in supporting the surgeons and the elite surgical team — from ensuring optimal exposure and maintaining hemostasis to anticipating intraoperative needs. Their skill, composure, and teamwork help create an environment where exceptional patient care is the standard.

Surgical Registered Nurses

All Blue Water Plastic Surgery surgical nurses are highly experienced nursing professionals. They rotate between Pre-Op, Circulating OR, and PACU, so you always have a dedicated expert nurse by your side at every step of your surgical experience.

Certified Surgical Technologists

Our Certified Surgical Technologists love the atmosphere of the operating theater. They are proud to work alongside Dr. Law and his elite medical team.

Certified Sterile Processing Technicians

Our Certified Sterile Processing Technicians ensure that all of our instruments and equipmentare sterile and in top condition, according to AAAASF and JCAHO regulations.
